Job stability **RECEPTIONIST** We seek an organized, service-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team as a Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and a vital part of the patient experience—including service delivery, follow-up, and appointment scheduling. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Completed high school diploma (mandatory). · Minimum 3 years of experience in reception and customer service. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and telephone switchboard systems. · Professional appearance and strong verbal communication skills. · Prior experience in clinics or medical offices is preferred. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Provide clear, professional, and warm assistance, information, and guidance to patients and visitors regarding services and care processes. · Answer and route incoming phone calls. · Follow up with interested patients through to appointment booking and confirmation. · Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments. · Handle cash and card payments, as well as prepare daily cash reconciliation reports. · Manage documentation required by insurance providers for patient care processing. · Assist with access control for internal and external personnel. · General administrative support: filing and organizing medical records, managing office supplies, purchasing basic office items, and providing operational support to the internal team. **COMPETENCIES:** · Clear communication, empathy, and professional demeanor. · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. · Articulate speech and effective follow-up ability. · Focus on appointment scheduling. · Discretion and confidential handling of sensitive information. **WE OFFER:** Fixed base salary and statutory benefits (100% IMSS coverage).
