Then join our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and improving people's quality of life.* **What does the job involve?** As our new Receiving Warehouse Leader, you will lead administrative and operational activities for material receiving, ensuring achievement of inventory targets and timely entry of information into company systems. This position operates daily from San Luis Potosí, Mexico. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position, and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in Mexico without sponsorship. **Key Responsibilities:** As a key member of the Logistics and Supply Chain team, you will make an impact by ensuring inventory accuracy and efficiency in material receiving and picking processes for production. Your key responsibilities include:* Audit cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy at 85% or higher * Record all invoices accurately and on time in the SAP system * Conduct COGIS reviews and report/close discrepancies related to material receiving and picking * Oversee APT monitoring and warehouse-to-production sourcing and replenishment processes * Ensure compliance with 5S standards and FIFO methodology in the receiving area * Coordinate with unionized personnel, supervisors, leaders, and finance staff to ensure efficient material flow **What makes you a great candidate:** Above all, you are a professional with a background in administration, experience in inventory control using SAP, and leadership skills to coordinate operational teams in high-demand environments. We also envision that you possess:* Degree in Administration or related field, with experience in warehouse management * Knowledge and experience using SAP for inventory and invoicing * Experience with FIFO, document control, filing, and quality management systems * Proficiency in PC, scanner, Windows, and forklift operation * Bonus points if you also have: * English proficiency at 50% or higher * Product and manufacturing process knowledge * Experience leading unionized teams in production environments **What’s in it for you?** What are your goals?
