Job Summary: We are seeking a Raw Material Inspector to ensure the quality of raw meat and non-meat materials by verifying documentation and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Receiving and inspection of raw meat and non-meat materials. 2. Ensuring compliance with GMP, POES, and HACCP. 3. Verifying supplier documentation. Qualtia Alimentos Hiring: Raw Material Inspector Education: Food Engineering, Chemistry, or Biotechnology (or related field) KNOWLEDGE: -Receiving and inspection of raw meat materials. -Current sanitary regulations (applicable NOMs). -Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). -HACCP and POES. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Inspect raw meat and non-meat materials upon receipt. -Verify supplier documentation. -Conduct sampling according to established procedures. -Ensure compliance with GMP, POES, and HACCP in the receiving area. -Report deviations, non-conformities, or risks.
