





**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise and coordinate team activities to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures. * Develop strategies for meeting quality control standards. * Collect and analyze quality data using tools such as control charts, root cause analysis, and other statistical techniques to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. * Participate in the development and review of quality procedures to ensure they are effective and aligned with industry standards and customer-specific requirements. * Train staff on quality control techniques, good manufacturing practices, and industry-specific automotive regulations. * Collaborate closely with other departments—including production, engineering, maintenance, and logistics—to effectively resolve quality issues and ensure timely product delivery. **REQUIREMENTS** * Industrial engineering or related field. * Problem-solving tools, APQP, FMEA, Quality Control, statistical tools. * **Minimum 4 years of experience in the automotive industry (same position)** * **Advanced English** Employment type: Full-time Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
