We are now seeking our next:
**QUALITY SUPERVISOR**
As a Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring compliance with the Group’s quality standards by investigating, analyzing, and managing quality indicators across the plant, contract manufacturers, suppliers, and consumers—guaranteeing application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), adherence to quality regulations, and execution of action plans.
Requirements:
* Academic background: Bachelor’s degree (Licenciatura) or Engineering degree in Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Bacteriology, Parasitology, or related fields is mandatory.
* Language proficiency: Advanced English.
* Professional experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in similar roles, quality management, and quality laboratory functions.
* Technical knowledge:
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
+ SAP
+ Apriso
+ Quality management systems
+ Power BI
Key responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly quality indicator reports for the plant and contract manufacturers to ensure optimal performance in production and contract manufacturing, driving continuous improvement.
* Participate in root cause analyses to identify and implement necessary actions to meet established quality standards.
* Track non-conformities related to quality from the plant and contract manufacturers, classify them according to their characteristics, and propose, implement, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
* Coordinate and lead investigations into consumer complaints, and manage issuance of responses.
* Generate and develop rework or inspection instructions based on root cause and quality risk analysis.
* Implement and monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across all processes, respecting safety regulations.
