Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Inspector with experience in quality control, preferably in the plastics, extrusion, or manufacturing industry, to ensure product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Product quality monitoring from the beginning to the end of the process 2. Inspection and release of finished products according to specifications 3. This position will be responsible for prospecting new clients, managing the sales pipeline in CRM, and closing commercial opportunities to drive company growth. What Are We Looking For? • At least 1 year of experience in quality control, preferably in the plastics, extrusion, or manufacturing industry; knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management is required. • Education: Technical High School Diploma or TSU; Industrial, Chemical, or Plastics Engineering degree (or equivalent) • Availability to rotate across 3 shifts • Work location: Naucalpan Alce Blanco • Knowledge and proficiency in using measurement tools and instruments (calipers, micrometers, thickness gauges, colorimeters, durometers, etc.) • Knowledge of standard sampling methods • Ability to perform physical and mechanical tests on products • Understanding of product physical and chemical properties (flexibility, density, strength, etc.) • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and international quality standards Competencies: • Effective Communication • Collaboration • Teamwork • Innovation • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills What Will You Do? • Monitor product quality from the beginning to the end of the production process. Report deviations. • Monitor and verify the number of pieces per box of finished product. • Inspect and release finished products that meet acceptance criteria defined in internal and customer specifications.
