Lacandona Furniture is seeking talent committed to excellence to join our plant as a Quality Inspector. What will you do? You will be responsible for ensuring every product meets our quality standards by: • Inspecting finished products • Conducting product audits • Detecting defects and deviations • Approving or rejecting parts based on quality criteria • Tracking non-conformities • Providing feedback to the production department for continuous improvement • Preparing inspection reports REQUIREMENTS: • Experience in quality inspection (preferably in furniture or manufacturing industries) • Proficiency in using measuring equipment • Excellent attention to detail and visual focus • Ability to work collaboratively in a team • Effective communication skills • Proactive attitude and commitment to quality • High school diploma or technical vocational training WE OFFER: • 100% on-site work • Dynamic and collaborative work environment • Weekly salary / Santander, 2,000 MXN, plus punctuality bonus • Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM (occasional Saturday) • Statutory and above-statutory benefits • 3% savings fund • 20 days of year-end bonus • 35% vacation premium Why join us?
