Growth Opportunity MANUFACTURING COMPANY IS HIRING Quality Inspector – Monthly Shift Role Requirements: Education: Completed degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field Knowledge of: quality control, flowcharts, turtle diagrams, quality tools, BPMs, standards: ISO 9001, NOM-001-SEDE-2012, NOM-063-SCFI-2001, NMX-J-012-ANCE, NMX-J-059-ANCE, NMX-J-297-ANCE, NMX-J-431-ANCE-2011, NMX-J-486-ANCE-2020, sampling techniques Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar position Availability for monthly shift role SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: Office suite Adherence to standards Process standardization Assertive communication, active listening Proactivity RESPONSIBILITIES: Review compliance with established requirements. Review compliance with established specifications for products manufactured in each production process. Dimensional and functional testing applicable at each stage of the process and for manufactured products. Evaluate and analyze data obtained from tests and inspections conducted in each process. Report results from tests and inspections. Create and update record formats used to optimize the inspection process. Ensure compliance with procedures, policies, and quality objectives defined in the Organization’s Quality Management System. Prepare quality certificates for products shipped to customers. And others. SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 7 AM – 7 PM or 7 PM – 7 AM (INITIALLY MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 8 AM – 5 PM) Work Location: Alce Blanco, Naucalpan, State of Mexico.
