Position Summary: Quality Coordinator with experience in ISO standards, Quality Management System (QMS) management, continuous improvement, and team leadership to ensure optimal standards and processes. Supervise activities of assigned personnel and ensure they fulfill their responsibilities. 2. Develop procedures, flowcharts, and work instructions jointly with process owners defined within the Quality Management System. 3. Perform document control in accordance with defined Good Documentation Practices. 4. Ensure compliance with all operational controls developed for each process defined within the QMS through process audits. 5. Ensure quality indicators remain within established objectives, as well as validation of performance indicators for all defined processes. 6. Manage the document management system to maintain control over forms, work instructions, and procedures generated within the organization. 7. Train personnel on quality standards-related topics; likewise, provide guidance to personnel requiring such support. 8. Implement the training, qualification, and updating program for quality control area personnel to guarantee their professional development. 9. Develop and enforce action plans to close findings identified during internal and external audits conducted by customers and suppliers. 10. Apply quality techniques and tools jointly with the multidisciplinary team to resolve reported and detected problems and incidents across various processes. 11. Conduct FMEA risk analysis for different QMS processes. 12. Support operational personnel on all matters related to maintaining the QMS. 13. Develop and implement process improvements (time and motion studies, waste reduction, downtime elimination, etc). Coordinate continuous improvement activities jointly with the defined multidisciplinary team. 14. Ensure documentation, records, and other necessary activities for obtaining operating licenses, as well as support compliance with all applicable requirements under STPS and SSA regulations. 15. Actively participate in scheduled “third-party and second-party” audits conducted by customers, as well as inspections by various government agencies.
