We are currently seeking: Quality Control Inspector Responsible for inspecting products and monitoring processes across various production stages to ensure products meet specifications and quality criteria.**Job Description** =================== **Responsibilities:** * Visually, dimensionally, and functionally inspects products per applicable current procedures to ensure compliance with standards and specifications guaranteeing product quality. * Periodically monitors product quality across various production stages by inspecting product samples, reviewing machine and equipment operational parameters, and verifying proper completion of quality records to ensure procedural compliance. * Advises operational staff using defect sample libraries and applicable procedures to resolve questions, ensuring application of established quality criteria. * Participates in continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating within cross-functional teams to solve problems, optimize processes, and reduce costs. **Accountabilities:** * Responsible for inspecting products and monitoring processes across various production stages to ensure products meet specifications and quality criteria. * Supports execution of special tests and projects by verifying compliance with requirements defined in test protocols and current procedures to ensure processes are capable of producing products meeting specifications. **Requirements:** * 6 months to 1 year of experience in Quality. * High school diploma, Technical degree, Engineering degree, or Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed). * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Work location: Cuautitlán Izcalli. “At BD, we provide equal opportunities to all candidates and associates regardless of gender, age, visible or non-visible temporary or permanent disability, ethnicity, race, religion, appearance, sexual orientation, gender expression and identity, occupation, personal style, marital status, as well as individuals holding diverse opinions, perspectives, lifestyles, ideas, and ways of thinking and being.
