




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to analyze and verify the physicochemical properties of raw materials, evaluate reference standards, and ensure quality throughout manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analysis and verification of physicochemical properties of transformable and non-transformable raw materials 2. Evaluation of raw material reference standards against established specifications for preliminary authorization for use in production 3. Requirements: * Education: Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Technical Superior University Degree (TSU) in Manufacturing/Quality Processes * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Availability to rotate shifts * 2\-3 years of experience in: knowledge of chemical laboratory equipment; knowledge of raw material quality assurance; proficiency in problem-solving tools; handling and knowledge of raw material warehouse operations; handling of quality indicators; statistical data analysis Responsibilities: * Analyze and verify the physicochemical properties of transformable and non-transformable raw materials using established procedures to ensure compliance with product specifications. * Evaluate raw material reference standards against established specifications for preliminary authorization for use in production. * Record and sign documentation for the analysis of transformable and non-transformable raw materials via the EPSILON system to ensure product traceability. * Conduct audits of manufacturing processes according to the internal audit plan to prevent the generation of non-conforming products. * Update departmental records, forms, and databases to generate quality reports, including conforming and non-conforming raw materials, for the calculation of quality indicators. * Coordinate the expiration management of transformable raw materials per internal plans to ensure the use of raw materials in good condition. * Issue and dispatch quality certificates for internal finished products (resins and thickeners) to various Thermotek Group manufacturing sites. * Monitor the internal non-conforming raw material warehouse per internal procedures to support healthy inventory management.
