*This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board* **Itanna Human Capital Services is seeking a Purchase Order Analyst in El Marqués, Querétaro** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Purchase Order Analyst (PO Entry Analyst)** Location: La Pradera, El Marqués, Querétaro **Job Mission:** Generate and manage purchase orders, as well as record shipment information for operations in Mexico and Central America. Provide accurate and timely information to support various supply chain teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Daily confirmation with growers regarding scheduled shipments and assignment of purchase orders. * Enter confirmed purchase orders into the system. * Generate scheduled entry reports for the tracking team. * Receive and validate shipment documentation (invoices, manifests, transportation and border crossing data). * Develop direct shipment plans and send weekly schedules to growers. * Adjust shipment dates and presentations upon request. * Address and resolve inquiries from planners, inbound/outbound teams, warehouses, and growers. * Generate daily closing reports and notify relevant teams. **Candidate Profile:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in a related field (e.g., commerce, administration, logistics, international relations, etc.). * Experience: 1–2 years in **procurement, purchasing, logistics, order administration, or supply chain**. * Proficiency in ERP systems (NAV preferred) and intermediate-to-advanced Excel. * **Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency**. * Skills: attention to detail, organizational ability, effective communication, and teamwork. * Must have personal transportation. **Offer Includes:** * Salary: **MXN $19,440 per month** * **Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM** * Statutory benefits from day one * **30 days’ year-end bonus (aguinaldo)** Upon signing a permanent contract: * Major Medical Expense Insurance (including dental and vision) * Minor Medical Expense Insurance (consultations, medications, diagnostic tests) * Life Insurance **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree or higher — completed **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Logistics / Transportation **Industry:** Agriculture *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=69444bae2400003a00ff7371&source=indeed*
