Position Summary: Coordinate and implement continuous improvement projects to optimize processes, reduce costs, increase productivity, and ensure quality standards across business units. Key Highlights: 1. Manage continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). 2. Lead process optimization and reduction of operational costs. 3. Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficiency and quality. Objective: Coordinate, implement, and monitor continuous improvement projects within operations, ensuring process optimization, cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and compliance with quality standards in business units. Main Responsibilities: Identify opportunities for improvement in operational and administrative processes. Design and implement continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). Coordinate strategic projects focused on operational efficiency and cost reduction. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions. Document processes, procedures, and best practices. Train staff on continuous improvement methodologies. Manage project schedules, resources, and deliverables. Prepare executive reports on progress and results. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Collaborate with departments such as logistics, warehouse, transportation, and administration. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 2–4 years in continuous improvement, project management, or operational process management. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies. Proficiency in analytical tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI preferred). Experience in logistics, transportation, or 3PL environments (preferred). Knowledge of KPI management.
