WHAT WOULD YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? * Assigned project development plan * Progress and results of project implementation * Results of improvements implemented in CNC devices and programs * Plan of proposals and benefits for improving CNC programs and processes * Develop, configure, and optimize CNC machining processes (LATHE AND MACHINING CENTER) from inception through mass production. * Design, execute, test, and update CNC machine programs (LATHE AND MACHINING CENTER) * Perform process simulations * Analyze existing processes in terms of quality, safety, efficiency, and effectiveness, generating improvement proposals * Analyze CNC workflow to identify opportunities for joint improvement * Commissioning of CNC equipment (LATHE AND MACHINING CENTER), whether transferred or newly installed at the plant. * Organization and discipline of personnel assigned to projects under your responsibility * Compliance with the management system * Interpret engineering drawings, dimension components, and establish the most efficient manufacturing sequences. * Define and validate cutting tools, consumables, and fixtures required for production. * Create and update process sheets, work instructions, and production reports * Train operators and provide support during commissioning of new machines. * Monitor process development in new projects.
