To strengthen our team in Tizayuca, we are seeking:
**Temporary Production Supervisor**
(Tizayuca, Mexico)
**Your Mission**
Supervise and ensure that chocolate plant personnel comply with industrial safety, quality, and process improvement guidelines and policies.
**What You Will Do**
* *Plan and supervise daily and weekly production, ensuring compliance with volume targets, delivery schedules, and quality standards.*
* *Coordinate production operations according to line capacity and material availability.*
* *Monitor key performance indicators (efficiency, waste, rework, and productivity) using tools such as SAP and BI.*
* *Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (GMP, PRPs, SSOPs, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and applicable NOMs).*
* *Supervise and develop operational staff, ensuring proper shift allocation and adherence to training plans.*
* *Promote a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with Industrial Safety and Hygiene regulations and appropriate use of PPE.*
* *Track deviations, non-conformities, incidents, and corrective actions.*
* *Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in production processes (AM, BPS, 5S, Kaizen).*
* *Coordinate daily operational review meetings (DOR) to ensure proper execution of the plan and risk mitigation.*
**What We Expect From You**
* Education: Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
* Experience: 3–5 years in food production plants.
* Key knowledge: GMP, HACCP, food-related NOMs.
* Experience managing unionized personnel (desirable).
* Performance indicators (KPIs).
* Basic conversational English.
