* **PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR** **Parque Industrial 2000 Zone, Toluca** **Experience in plastic injection operations** Ensure the flow and continuity of operations across the plant’s three production areas through effective supervision, coordination, and management of personnel, resources, machinery, and materials required to consistently manufacture our products in compliance with quality standards. * Responsibilities * Monitor and record personnel incidents (absences, vacations, leave requests, tardiness, etc.). * Lead, organize, and coordinate team activities to maintain machine operations. * Comply with and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). * Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure personnel use PPE appropriate to their positions. * Support staff training and development to enhance their skills. * Verify and control machine parameters. * Identify, detect, and correct minor machine failures. * Adjust processes. * Assist with corrective or preventive maintenance and issue corresponding work orders. * Coordinate tooling, mold, or sheet specification changes. * Support technicians during machine start-up or operation. * Control records and adjust machines to prevent downtime and material waste. * Supervise adherence to established procedures for each process. * Ensure compliance with procedures stipulated in the BRC standard. * Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs), if applicable within the process. * Safeguard and maintain assigned tools, materials, and equipment in good condition according to job requirements. **Interested candidates may apply through this channel or send an updated CV to 722 170 9519** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
