Service-oriented attitude Proactive Minimum one year of experience in the position (pharmaceutical industry). Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Job responsibilities and functions: Knowledge of lyophilization processes Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Training, qualification, and coordination of operational staff. Timely and accurate execution of the production schedule and adherence to established process indicators (KPIs). Ensuring product specifications are met through process controls. Management of change controls, deviations, risk assessments, CAPA plans, and preparation of NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
