Job Description: We are seeking a Baking Supervisor with hands-on operational experience in bread making, capable of leading production personnel and ensuring proper execution of dough preparation, fermentation, and baking processes at the plant. The position requires a candidate with practical bakery experience who understands the full bread-making process and can supervise production while maintaining quality, performance, and productivity standards. Responsibilities: Supervise high-volume bread production. Coordinate and lead operational staff in the department. Supervise and ensure proper dough preparation. Monitor fermentation timing and conditions. Supervise the baking process. Adjust production processes as needed to maintain product quality. Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Ensure adherence to the production schedule. Essential Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience supervising staff in a bakery or bread production environment. Direct experience in: Dough preparation Fermentation Baking Supervising production personnel. Knowledge of high-volume bread-making processes.
