Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production Planner to optimize processes, coordinate teams, and ensure production targets and inventory management are met. Key Highlights: 1. Education: Industrial Engineering (or related field). Experience: Minimum 1 year as a production planner or coordinator. Knowledge: Intermediate Excel proficiency ERP system experience (preferred) Production processes Process improvement tools Units of length measurement (SI / US Customary) Demand management and production forecasting Inventory control and internal logistics Competencies and Skills Teamwork and leadership Effective communication and decision-making Service-oriented attitude Organization and time management Analytical thinking and problem solving Organization and ability to set priorities Main Responsibilities - Plan, schedule, and monitor production to ensure on-time delivery. - Monitor progress of production orders and adjust schedules in case of emergencies or changes. - Assign work orders to appropriate machines to process materials as required and meet delivery deadlines. - Analyze machine capacity and changeover times to optimize batch sizes. - Generate weekly reports for production efficiency analysis and operator bonuses. - Coordinate with area supervisors to prioritize special orders. - Coordinate with inventory and sales teams to maintain optimal stock levels. - Requirements - Minimum Education: Higher Education - Bachelor's Degree 1 year of experience Knowledge: Coordination ability, Time management, Analytical thinking, Problem solving, ERP, Industrial engineering, Microsoft Excel, Production planning, Production Keywords: developer, desarrollador, production, produce, fabricacion, manufactoring, elaboracion, making, manufactura, produccion
