Requirements Education: Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Statistics, Administration, or related degree (degree holder). Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in production planning and scheduling, preferably in manufacturing or metal-mechanical industries. Required Knowledge: Intermediate Excel Production planning and control Production order scheduling Data analysis and operational KPIs Inventory control (WIP) Production schedule tracking Production capacity and process control Main Responsibilities: Develop and update production plans according to demand and operational priorities. Schedule production orders, defining manufacturing timelines and sequence. Monitor adherence to the production schedule to ensure on-time delivery. Monitor work-in-process (WIP) inventory to prevent material shortages or excesses. Coordinate productive resources (labor, machinery, and materials) to optimize operations. Analyze installed capacity and identify areas for improvement in production processes. Generate performance reports and indicators (KPIs). Maintain constant communication with Procurement, Sales, Logistics, and Production departments to ensure plan execution. Adjust production schedules in response to demand changes or operational incidents.
