Responsible for ensuring the timely supply of raw materials to meet production plans. This position requires analytical skills, experience with MRP/ERP systems, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Procure forecasted raw materials to satisfy production demand. * Implement recovery plans for material shortages. * Manage inventory levels and coordinate deliveries with suppliers. * Conduct weekly audits of open lines, past-due items, and MRP tools. * Escalate critical situations and coordinate corrective actions. * Request quotations, alternate components, and inter-plant transfers. * Validate Safety Stock levels and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree. * APICS certification in Production and Inventory Management. * Advanced English (mandatory). * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. * Proficiency in MRP/MPS/ERP systems, LEAN manufacturing, 5W methodology, and ISO 9001. * Interpersonal skills, teamwork, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. **Desirable Knowledge:** * Pull system (Just In Time). * Logistics and distribution systems. * Project management. * Tools such as CMS, TWA, Flash Report, BPCS.
