Requires experience in plastic injection and leadership skills. **Production Leader (Plastic Injection)** **Job Objective:** Ensure adherence to the production schedule through efficient management of personnel, machinery, and materials, guaranteeing quality and safety standards under a continuous improvement approach. **1\. Leadership Responsibilities** * **Team Management:** Supervise, train, and motivate machine operators and production assistants. * **Discipline and Safety:** Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with internal regulations and safety standards. * **Communication:** Facilitate information flow between shifts (shift handover) to prevent downtime or process errors. **2\. Production and Process Control** * **Material Management:** Control usage of resins, pigments, and recycled material to avoid waste and contamination. **3\. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** Success in this position is measured by: * **OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness):** Optimization of availability, performance, and quality. * **% Scrap:** Maintain material waste below the established target. * **On-Time Delivery (Fill Rate):** Percentage of orders completed on time. * **Cycle Time:** Maintain injection times within the technical specification standard. * **Leadership r:** Manage workplace climate and team attendance; resolve conflicts and personnel incidents. **4\. Required Profile** * **Experience:** Minimum 3\-5 years in plastic injection processes (preferred). * **Technical Knowledge:** Peripherals (dryers, temperature controllers, robots), blueprint interpretation, and basic preventive mold maintenance knowledge. * **Soft Skills:** Conflict resolution, analytical thinking, and decision-making under pressure.
