**01 Role Information** * **Area:** Operations (OPS) * **Level:** Coordinator * **Reports to:** Operations Manager * **Location:** Mexico City \- On-site * **Schedule:** 09:00 \- 19:00 (with operational flexibility) **02 Role Mission** **Why does this role exist?** We seek a Production Coordinator with systems thinking, an execution mindset, and high operational standards. They will be responsible for ensuring predictable, efficient, and high-quality operations at every stage of the production chain. This role builds a scalable operation: transforming processes into systems, eliminating friction, and consistently elevating team performance. They act as the connecting point among technicians, quality control, logistics, and coordination. **03 Key Responsibilities** * Execute and coordinate daily and weekly production plan fulfillment, aligned with technical standards and delivery timelines. * Prioritize work orders, redistribute operational loads, and manage unforeseen events swiftly and judiciously. * Ensure proper allocation of human and material resources to guarantee operational continuity. * Maintain clear and effective communication with technicians, coordination, logistics, quality control, and other involved departments. * Monitor downtime, bottlenecks, and operational deviations, implementing timely corrective actions. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives, KPI analysis, and process optimization. * Foster a culture of accountability, operational discipline, and constant improvement within the team. * Ensure disciplined use of internal technological tools to plan, monitor, and streamline production. **04 Role KPIs** **How do we measure success?** * Rework rate and incident rate * On-time delivery compliance (SLA) * Average production time per case * Technician productivity (output per hour/day) * Utilized capacity vs. installed capacity * Cost per unit produced * Total lead time (from intake to delivery) * Incident resolution time * Internal technology tool adoption rate **05 Required ProfileINDISPENSABLE** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Production, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of operational supervision experience. * Experience in production environments handling multiple orders and critical deadlines. * Strong organizational and prioritization skills under pressure. * Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams. **DESIRED** * Experience in dental laboratories, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or precision manufacturing. Startup profile is a plus. * Knowledge of dental prosthesis manufacturing processes. * Experience in operational optimization and continuous improvement (e.g., Six Sigma or similar). * Familiarity with digitalized production control systems. **06 Key Competencies** * **A \- Radical Ownership:** Does not wait for instructions to resolve issues; acts, adjusts, and reports.
