Opportunity for growth and participation in key processes. **Job Opening: Production Coordinator – Hygiene Products Industry** A **hygiene products contract manufacturing company**, currently consolidating and expanding, is seeking a **Production Coordinator** with solid experience in regulated environments, leadership of operational teams, and a focus on **operational excellence, quality, and continuous improvement**. **Purpose of the Position** To lead, coordinate, and optimize production operations, ensuring compliance with production schedules under strict **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**, **ISO standards**, operational efficiency, and sanitary conditions specific to the hygiene products industry. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and comprehensively supervise production operations. * Ensure compliance with production plans, quality, cost, and delivery timelines. * Implement and strengthen **GMPs, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing tools**. * Guarantee adherence to **ISO standards** and proper handling of internal and external audits. * Analyze and monitor **key performance indicators (KPIs)**: productivity, efficiency, waste, quality, and rework. * Lead, develop, and evaluate operational staff, supervisors, and line leaders. * Drive **continuous improvement** in processes, layout, material flow, and standardization. * Coordinate closely with **Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Logistics**. * Ensure order, cleanliness, operational discipline, and sanitary conditions in production areas. * Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions in response to operational deviations. **Requirements** * **Industrial Engineering or related degree** (mandatory). * **Minimum 5 years of experience** as Production Manager, Senior Production Coordinator, or similar role. * **Experience in the hygiene, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, or consumer goods industries** (highly desirable). * Solid and verifiable knowledge of: * **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** * **5S** * **Lean Manufacturing** * **ISO standards** (mandatory) * Experience leading large operational teams. * Ability to work under pressure and in highly regulated environments. **Behavioral Competencies** * **Strong, hands-on leadership** (on the production floor). * **Clear and effective communication** with operational teams and middle management. * **Data-driven decision-making**. * **Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving objectives**. * **Orderliness, discipline, and attention to detail**. * **Organizational and planning skills**. * **Proactivity and continuous improvement mindset**. * Conflict resolution and development of operational talent. **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM * **Saturday:** 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM **We Offer** * **Salary:** *(to be determined based on experience and competencies) range of* ***MXN 14,500 to 16,500 net per month.*** * **Statutory benefits** * Job stability * Opportunity for growth and participation in improving key processes * Structured, quality-oriented work environment Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: MXN 14,500.00 – MXN 16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
