Job Summary: Coordinate production to ensure quality, productivity, and service standards at both product and operational levels. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production area coordination. 2. Monitoring of production plans and programs. 3. Handling of incidents and corrective actions. Objective Coordinate the production area at both product and organizational operational levels, ensuring quality, productivity, and service standards. Responsibilities 1. Monitor the execution of production plans and programs to ensure timely, correct, and high-quality delivery. 2. Monitor and ensure implementation of new developments. 3. Handle, report, and monitor infrastructure, tooling, and machinery incidents. 4. Implement corrective and preventive actions arising from customer rejections. 5. Maintain communication with internal procurement to ensure on-time production deliveries. Requirements Education: Industrial Engineering degree. Experience: Minimum 2 years in footwear manufacturing, personnel management, effective communication, and leadership.
