Important company located in Emiliano Zapata, Morelos, dedicated to Automotive Parts Development and Manufacturing, seeks for its Design Center in Morelos: **PRODUCT ENGINEER** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. **Gender:** Unrestricted **Responsibilities include:** · Conducting product testing according to customer standards. · Supplier development (sourcing, quotation, etc.) · Developing final part specifications, installation methods, and ensuring plant awareness. · Performing/verifying assembly tests, visual aids, cost matrices, checklists, bill of materials, dimensional analysis, RFQs, engineering drawings, and tooling. · Advanced interaction with customers and suppliers in the automotive industry. · Customer and supplier management · Documentation preparation using Core Tools (FMEAs, APQP, ANPQP, PPAPs, etc.). · Packaging standard development (including cross-functional validation). · Developing and evaluating packaging (box, pallet, labels) per product against customer requirements. · Verifying installation manuals and videos against final product validation. · Implementing engineering changes or part adjustments for improved functionality **Required Knowledge:** · Office software (Advanced Excel) · Core Tools (FMEA, ANPQP, PPAP, APQP) · Project management systems (Project, Smart Sheet) · ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System · Proficiency in CAD 2D and 3D software (Inventor, Alias, AutoCAD, SolidWorks) · Intermediate spoken and written English. **Skills:** · Communication and teamwork · Problem analysis · Effective and assertive communication · Self-management and high organizational capability · Analysis of situations requiring change · Objective delivery of results.
