You will lead the development and research of new products, processes, and projects — from client requirements to reverse engineering solutions — in collaboration with qualified suppliers. Key Responsibilities Research and develop new projects based on client requests or internal needs, including reverse engineering of customer-provided products when required. Lead and coordinate mechanical design engineering activities within projects. Manage the full project lifecycle from planning to closure, ensuring compliance with scope, timeline, quality, and cost. Knowledge of Core Tools. Project Management (PMP knowledge is a plus). Experience in metal-mechanical processes. Skills & Qualifications Advanced conversational English (mandatory – will be evaluated). Intermediate Excel skills (data management, pivot tables preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills. High level of organization and follow-up. Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Experience negotiating with clients and suppliers. Knowledge of ISO 9000 / ISO 14001 standards.
