Position Summary: We are seeking an engineer with strong problem-solving skills, product design capability, ability to coordinate development, and production supervision experience—optimizing processes and making key decisions. Description and details of responsibilities **GENERAL JOB FUNCTIONS** * Ability to respond to common internal resource or customer requests or complaints. * Excellent problem identification and resolution skills; outstanding verbal and written communication; ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously; and task prioritization skills. * Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and work effectively across various organizational levels. * Establishing requirements for raw materials or intermediate products for suppliers and supervising compliance. * Participating in product design, material selection, and testing. * Involvement in preparing project documentation, defining processes, and establishing work systems. * Coordinating the development and industrialization of new products or modifications to existing ones. * Overseeing production activities. * Reviewing customer technical documentation for product definition. * Analyzing initial project data and piloting plan execution. * Supervising product manufacturing processes and methods, seeking optimal solutions to improve efficiency and ensure products meet desired specifications. The goal is to develop the product or product line business model. * Responsible for purchase/manufacturing/collaboration decision-making. * Quoting new product manufacturing and tracking through to production.
