Ongoing training and an excellent work environment **Job Objective** Support the Procurement department in administrative, operational, and logistical activities, ensuring timely purchase order tracking, material collection and delivery, document control, and general departmental support. We are seeking a recent graduate with strong motivation to learn, grow professionally, and develop within the Procurement and Operations area. **Main Responsibilities** ● Support administrative activities of the Procurement department. ● Track purchase orders, quotations, and suppliers. ● Conduct local purchases and collect materials or supplies. ● Transport documentation, materials, or products between branches, suppliers, or distribution centers (CEDIS). ● Support inventory management and control of incoming/outgoing items. ● Enter and update information in Excel and internal systems. ● Assist with administrative document control and filing. ● Monitor deliveries and timelines with suppliers. ● Support general operational and administrative activities of the department. ● Maintain consistent communication with various internal departments. ● Assist with ad-hoc logistics and operational tasks. **Required Profile** Education ● Recent graduate or currently in final semesters of: ○ Administration ○ Accounting ○ Economics ○ Business ○ Industrial Engineering ○ Related fields **Essential Requirements** ● Ability to drive manual and/or automatic transmission vehicles. ● Valid driver’s license. ● Availability for travel and operational activities. ● Basic/intermediate Excel skills. ● Strong organizational and follow-up abilities. **Competencies and Skills** ● Strong eagerness to learn and grow. ● Service-oriented attitude. ● Proactivity. ● Organization. ● Sense of urgency. ● Responsibility and commitment. ● Teamwork skills. ● Adaptability. ● Honesty and trustworthiness. ● Good communication skills. ● Ability to work both in-office and in the field. **Work Schedule** ● Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ● Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM **We Offer** ● Professional development and growth. ● Comprehensive learning in Procurement and Operations. ● Ongoing training. ● Excellent work environment. ● Opportunities for advancement within the organization.
