KNOWLEDGE: • Valid voluntary insurance (mandatory). • Basic Excel skills (tables, simple formulas). RESPONSIBILITIES: • Registering and updating supplier information in the system. • Tracking purchase orders and delivery dates. • Assisting in preparing procurement reports and file control.
