




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant or secretary with experience in government procurement bidding to support CompraNet processes. Key Highlights: 1. Case file control and key date tracking **Job Description:** A technology and security company specializing in mobility, video surveillance, and vehicle control solutions. **What You'll Do:** * Search for and monitor government procurement bids on CompraNet. * Download and organize bidding documents. * Prepare and complete administrative forms and documentation. * Coordinate with external law firms (legal and technical). * Track rulings, production orders, delivery notes, and deliveries. * Assist with invoicing and accounts receivable follow-up. * Control case files and track key dates. **Requirements:** * Experience as an administrative assistant or secretary. * Experience in government procurement bidding. * Familiarity with ComprasMx (formerly CompraNet). * Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
