**Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, Marketing, Business, International Relations, or related field Experience – Procurement Analyst – managing supply chain, catalogs, intermediate-to-advanced operational tasks, suppliers, and KPI tracking (\+2 years) Tools – Microsoft Office Suite / Intermediate-to-advanced Excel Skills – information analysis, effective communication, negotiation, problem solving, working under pressure **We offer:** Base salary **$14,000\.00 to $15,000\.00 per month** Meal vouchers Statutory benefits **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM **Responsibilities:** End-to-end procurement process strategy Purchase order placement and tracking Knowledge of various product categories Analyze data to optimize procurement processes Track orders from generation through delivery Assess / identify purchasing needs based on market conditions and demand Maintain appropriate inventory levels to meet company requirements Ensure purchases comply with applicable laws and regulations Manage supplier contracts, adhering to terms and conditions Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, request quotations, and compare offers Negotiate with suppliers to obtain better pricing, delivery timelines, and quality Prepare procurement activity reports, including cost savings, inventory levels, and goal achievement Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Remote work * Meal vouchers Application question(s): * Do you have \+2 years of experience as a Procurement Analyst?
