Build technical skills among master operators and setup technicians to meet Value Stream objectives. **What You’ll Be Doing** ------------------------ * Responsible for configuring tools and machine programs according to production requirements, including CNC programming. * Identify and recommend elimination of non-value-added activities to continuously improve hourly output rate. * Provide technical support and/or participate in continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen, suggestion programs, cost reduction, and/or demonstrate year-on-year improvements in our processes or practices aligned with business goals and objectives. * Create and update work instructions, changeover procedures; adjust VDM/TPM documentation and develop troubleshooting guides. * Maintain, develop, and standardize tooling sheets used in each operation to optimize tool consumption, in collaboration with engineering and the tooling team. **What We're Looking For** -------------------------- * Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field * Desired 3 years of experience in metal-mechanical industry * Experience in CNC programming and automation processes * Knowledge of GD\&T, cutting tools, cutting conditions, and workholding systems * Structured problem-solving methodologies (PDCA, 8D, 5W\+2H, Ishikawa, XY Matrix, DMAIC, etc) **What You'll Get from Us** --------------------------- * We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities. * You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work\-life balance.
