Job Objective Responsible for initiating, adjusting, and releasing production processes on injection molding machines, ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards, and guaranteeing an efficient transition from the setup phase to operation. Main Responsibilities Tooling and mold changes. Startup and release of injection molding machines. Process adjustment and parameterization. Cycle time optimization. Adjustments to eliminate quality defects. Color, plate, and insert changes. Monitoring of peripheral equipment and robots. Recording of parameters and activities in the system. Preparation of reports on stoppages, failures, and downtime. Support in operator training. Participation in material and new mold trials.
