Job Summary: Ensure the operation and supply of technical services in accordance with quality specifications, optimize processes, and guarantee compliance with standards such as ISO 22716. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure technical services in accordance with quality specifications. 2. Identify opportunities for service optimization (water, steam, air, etc.). 3. Troubleshoot and resolve system failures. Function: Supply Chain Location: Queretaro, GUA, MX Work Arrangement: On-site Objective Ensure, through process control strategy, that the operation of Technical Services systems is capable of supplying services (air, chilled water, deionized water, process water, steam, etc.) in accordance with the quality specifications required by the company, aligned with the guidelines of the ISO 22716 standard. Identify opportunities for service optimization (water, steam, air, etc). Performance Monitoring Key Performance Indicators * 0 batches halted. * 0 SCRAP due to OOS. * 0 operational area impacts due to lack of services. * 1 improvement to UT systems (cost reduction). * Operational parameters within operational ranges. * Change control tracking. Comply with GMP guidelines established in the ISO 22716 standard. * Ensure services are available and within specifications at the time required by the company. * Track calibration plan for critical equipment. * Troubleshoot and resolve system failures through cause-effect analysis and root cause identification. * Track purchase orders for area consumables (e.g., nitrogen, industrial salt, sludge handling, chemicals, chlorine, etc.). * Promote a safety culture and comply with applicable requirements of the ISO 45001 standard “Occupational Health and Safety Management” within the area. * Promote a quality culture and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices according to the ISO 22716 standard within the area. Profile Utilities – 3 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in water treatment plants, boilers, and chilled water systems is essential. Web-based Programs SAP Office Measurement Equipment Operation (e.g., Bacharach, TOC, Oxygen Meter, Conductivity Meters, etc.) Training in: * Fundamental Engineering * Site Services Technical knowledge of technical systems Problem analysis and resolution Project management Adaptability Communication skills Safety focus Analytical skills Change management Continuous learning Leadership
