***Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** 1\. Lead root cause investigation and implementation of preventive actions. 2\. Facilitate cross-functional teams to address quality issues and generate solutions. 3\. Perform data analysis, identify trends, and align KPIs. 4\. Lead, encourage, and support employee participation in problem-solving activities. 5\. Train and promote the use of SEL quality tools within assigned areas. 6\. Support business initiatives to achieve operational objectives. 7\. Follow and apply SEL values, Operating Principles, and World-Class Manufacturing principles. 8\. Understand. Create. Simplify. 9\. Other assigned duties. ***Required Qualifications*** * BS or BA in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Communications (or related field) or equivalent experience * More than 4 years of experience in process improvement or data analysis. * ASQ/Six Sigma Green Belt certified Process Analyst * Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage projects and solve problems. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries in a team environment. * Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access * Strong written, documentation, and verbal communication skills. * Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities. * Ability to work cooperatively in a team. * Satisfactory background check results for SEL * Negative drug test result(s). ***Preferred Qualifications*** * Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard * Knowledge of design, manufacturing, and service processes. ***Physical Requirements*** * None
