Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and committed Process Engineering Intern to develop and standardize technical documents, supporting continuous improvement in a hardware store environment. Possibility of fulfilling internship or social service A HARDWARE COMPANY IS SEEKING: Process Engineering Intern REQUIREMENTS: MUST be enrolled in the final semesters of Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering programs, MUST have faculty insurance Interest in the processes area Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment. Basic knowledge of: process sheets, production lines, etc. SCHEDULE: Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 1 PM or 1 PM to 6 PM; Friday, 8 AM to 1 PM LOCATION: Alce Blanco, Naucalpan, State of Mexico. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Development and standardization of Product and Process Specification Sheets. • Preparation of Process Sheets per production line or product family. • Design and creation of Set-Up Sheets for machine preparation and adjustment. • Creation of Operation Sheets oriented toward operational personnel. • Documentation and recording of critical process parameters, both written and in images. • Validation on the production floor of established standards. • Support in identifying opportunities for improvement in productive processes. • Organization and digitization of existing technical information.
