Job Responsibilities: Process Optimization: Analyze current workflow (flowcharts) to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements. Design and Implementation: Develop new production methodologies, machinery, and workstations. Quality Control: Ensure final products meet required technical and safety standards. Cost Reduction: Maximize profitability by minimizing material and energy waste. Technical Documentation: Prepare operation manuals, safety instructions, and equipment data sheets. Technical Skills or Competencies: Transformation Processes: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in processes such as: waterjet cutting, oxy-fuel cutting, CNC machining, welding (MIG), machining, water-based painting, and assembly lines. Core Tools Management: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC (Statistical Process Control), and MSA. Technical Interpretation: Advanced ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, technical standards, and material specifications. Software Proficiency: Experience using ERP systems (especially SAP production modules) and CAD design software (AutoCAD or SolidWorks). English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
