Emphasis on continuous improvement, scrap reduction, and industrial safety Maintain optimal operation of molds and machines according to the production plan, reduce scrap, comply with work standards, train and supervise injection technicians, mold assemblers, and resin handlers, and launch new molds. **MANDATORY EXPERIENCE IN AUTOMOTIVE SECTOR – PLASTIC INJECTION PROCESSES** TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES Advanced Excel. Use of improvement methodology. Mold changeover. Knowledge of Wittmann robots. Operation of peripherals. Identification of common defects. Indicator management. Process development and documentation. Resin knowledge. Applied industrial safety in injection. Advanced Focus on achieving objectives. Knowledge of molds and tooling. ACTIVITIES AND AUTHORITIES Evaluate team members. Promote continuous improvement. Request equipment repairs. Enforce sanctions for improper equipment use. Authorize machine startup. Generate new parameter sheets. Stop machines with excessive scrap. Schedule shift personnel changes. Shut down equipment due to unsafe conditions. Validate the installation process of new molds. Submit at least one improvement proposal per month. Calculate and evaluate mold changeover results. Complete logs and reports corresponding to the area. Evaluate processes and make necessary adjustments. Daily monitoring of product quality status. Train resin handlers on their activities. Implement and execute applicable work standards and forms. Report any anomalies during the shift to immediate supervisor. Supervise activities performed by subordinates. Document and deliver training evidence to HR. Support the production area in required activities. Validate the mold installation process due to machine change. Motivate team members to achieve company objectives. Keep process sheets updated per machine and in good condition. Apply and coordinate implementation of the 5S tool in the work area. Implement corrective and preventive actions based on obtained results. Maintain order across all work areas and promote a respectful environment among workers. Train mold assemblers on mold changeover, robots, and any topic directly related to their activities. Monitor timely and proper execution of the production schedule and mold changeovers, ensuring resins are ready for use.
