




Position Summary: We are seeking a Process Assistant / Continuous Improvement professional to document, standardize, and improve corporate-level processes. Key Highlights: 1. At Grupo CEVER, we are looking for talent to join our Corporate Team in the position of Process Assistant / Continuous Improvement, with a focus on documentation, standardization, and process improvement. Position Objective Contribute to the organization’s standardization and continuous improvement by documenting, updating, and controlling corporate-level processes and policies, ensuring their proper implementation and cross-departmental alignment. Main Responsibilities Document, update, and improve corporate processes, policies, and procedures. Develop manuals, flowcharts, templates, and infographics. Support training on processes and policies (webinars, internal academy, training materials). Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Processes area. Maintain and keep up-to-date the physical and digital library of processes and policies. Participate in internal process and quality audits. Support content generation for internal communication platforms. Track continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) across agencies and prepare progress reports. Requirements Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Management Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or related field. Desirable experience in the automotive industry or in process/continuous improvement areas. Knowledge of: Flowcharts and process documentation. Development of policies and procedures. Basic Lean / continuous improvement tools. KPIs. Microsoft Office suite (basic–intermediate level). Basic English (desirable). Key Competencies Organization and time management.
