REQUIREMENTS: • Completed bachelor’s degree. • English proficiency preferred. • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables and charts). • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. • Knowledge and application of time-and-motion tools, as well as continuous improvement methodologies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Monitor and support the action plan for process and project implementation. • Conduct time-and-motion studies to identify opportunities for operational improvement. • Prepare and present operational performance reports. • Track and manage area KPIs to ensure objective achievement. • Deliver and/or coordinate training on departmental systems for relevant staff.
