**Location:** Saltillo, Coahuila **Schedule:** Rotating shift from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (2x2x2 system\) **Job Description** We are seeking a committed, responsible **Service Leader** with leadership skills to serve as the liaison between operational staff, clients, and supervisors. **Key Responsibilities** **Operational Supervision** * Coordinate and supervise a team of 13 security guards across one or multiple assigned sites. * Verify staff punctuality, appearance, and performance of duties. * Assist in shift scheduling and cover operational absences when necessary. **Client Service** * Maintain direct communication with the client to address immediate needs. * Manage complaints, reports, and requests, ensuring timely responses. **Quality Control and Compliance** * Ensure adherence to protocols established by the company and the client. * Oversee proper completion of logs, incident reports, and other operational documentation. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in asset protection or private security. * Knowledge of personnel management and operational control. * Basic computer skills and administrative reporting proficiency. **We Offer** * Base salary: $3,400 net per week \+ overtime pay. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability and opportunities for growth within the company.
