Attention to detail and observational ability **Position:** Security Guard **Location:** Mexico Nuevo, Atizapan de Zaragoza. **Employment Type:** Full-time **Job Description** A company in the metal-mechanical sector is seeking a Security Guard responsible for controlling access, safeguarding facilities, and ensuring compliance with security protocols within the plant, thereby contributing to a safe working environment for staff, customers, and suppliers. **Responsibilities** * Control entry and exit of staff, visitors, customers, and suppliers at the plant. * Verify proper registration of entries and exits according to established procedures. * Supervise that staff enter wearing complete personal protective equipment (PPE). * Conduct preventive inspections upon entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and materials. * Monitor assigned facilities and areas to prevent incidents or hazardous situations. * Maintain access records for suppliers and visitors. * Report any anomalies, non-compliance, or security incidents. * Support implementation of industrial safety standards within the plant. **Requirements** * Experience in security (preferred) * Basic knowledge of access control and personnel inspection (preferred). * Attention to detail and observational ability. * Responsibility, punctuality, and adherence to regulations. * Flexible availability of working hours Job Type: Probationary period Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
