Position Purpose: * Design, implement, and support industrial solutions that generate measurable value for our customers, drive the adoption of differentiated technologies, and contribute to achieving the company’s strategic business objectives. Position Objective: * Provide specialized technical support and promote industrial technological solutions aligned with customer needs and the company’s portfolio. * Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, build technical trust, and ensure correct field implementation of solutions. Main Responsibilities: * Design and implement technical solutions that optimize processes and generate economic impact for the customer. * Identify opportunities and develop success cases using innovative solutions. * Accompany the sales team on technical visits and field surveys. * Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals. * Conduct equipment and solution demonstrations. * Train customers and internal staff on technology usage. * Provide on-site technical support and project implementation. * Perform post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. * Coordinate with internal departments (sales, engineering, marketing, and logistics). * Participate in events, trade shows, and technical promotion activities. Required Profile: * Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, or related field. * Age: 26 years or older. * Willingness to travel. * Experience in automation, control, maintenance, or continuous improvement.
