Description

Job Summary: Develop, implement, and maintain automotive automation systems using Siemens S7 PLCs, ensuring the proper operation of machinery and production processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Siemens S7 PLC Programming (S7-1200, S7-1500, S7-300) 2. Control Logic Design in LAD, FBD, STL, or SCL 3. Hardware Configuration in TIA Portal and Fault Diagnosis PLC Programmer Develop, implement, and maintain automotive automation systems using Siemens S7 PLCs, ensuring the correct operation of machinery and production processes. (AUDI PUEBLA) * Program Siemens S7 PLCs (S7\-1200, S7\-1500, S7\-300\) * Design control logic in **LAD, FBD, STL, or SCL** * Configure hardware in **TIA Portal** * Diagnose and resolve faults in automated equipment * Integrate HMI systems (screens) * Conduct functional testing (commissioning) * Document programs and processes * Support production process improvements * Comply with industrial safety standards * **TMO certification, the BMW standard \*** Education: * Mechatronics Engineering * Electronics Engineering * Automation Engineering * Electromechanical Engineering or related field Technical Knowledge: * Proficiency in **TIA Portal / STEP 7** * Siemens PLC programming * Industrial networks (Profinet, Profibus) * Electrical diagram interpretation * Sensors and actuators * Motor control (variable frequency drives, motor starters) * SCADA systems (desirable) Note: Work at AUDI industrial plant Willingness to relocate Experience within AUDI\-VWM Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
