We continuously strive to improve our processes and services to meet our customers' needs. **Plant Support Engineer Responsibilities and Duties:** \- Assume responsibility for customer-reported issues and track them to resolution. \- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve system issues, identifying appropriate solutions. \- Follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams. \- Provide enterprise-level support to customers. \- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems. \- Assist users with application and program installation. \- For more complex cases, communicate with customers via telephone or provide clear written instructions. **Required Specific Knowledge:** \- Programming knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs \- Knowledge of control, automation, and pneumatics \- Electrical knowledge \- Ability to read electrical diagrams \- Knowledge of variable frequency drives (VFDs), PLCs \- Rockwell Automation software **Requirements:** \- Gender: Not specified \- Age: 28 to 38 \- Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering \- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in plant support \- Willingness and ability to travel — MANDATORY \- Excellent project management skills \- Strong written and verbal communication skills **Skills:** \- Supervise compliance with internal work regulations and industrial safety standards. \- Interact daily with customers to understand their needs and requirements and represent them on-site. \- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Leadership and Project Development, PLC installation, industrial electrical equipment installation, PanelView, among others. **Benefits:** \- Opportunities for professional development. \- Social security insurance. \- Statutory minimum benefits. \- Free uniforms. \- Schedules: Monday to Sunday, full-time, mixed rest days. \- Annual free medical examinations. **Work Location:** Norte 45, Industrial Vallejo **Employment Type:** Full-time **Salary:** $15,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month **Work Modality:** On-site employment Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
