Plant Controller

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and strengthen internal controls, optimize production processes, and manage finances in a production environment. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the supervision and strengthening of internal controls 2. Optimization of production processes and cost reduction 3. Comprehensive management of audits and budgets Required Profile: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory), Finance, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. • Preferred: Specialization or Master's degree in Finance, Administration, or related field. Experience: • Minimum 5–8 years in Controller or Finance roles. • Solid experience in companies with production processes. • Preferred experience in the metal-mechanical industry. Main Responsibilities • Supervise and ensure proper execution of processes (internal control) • Implement and strengthen internal controls across all organizational areas, especially operational areas (quality, maintenance, procurement, inventory, costs, sales, etc.) • Analyze production processes to identify deviations, inefficiencies, and value leakage. • Design and implement strategies for reducing waste and production costs. • Monitor and track financial and operational KPIs (costs, margins, waste, production efficiency). • Prepare and control budgets, as well as variance analysis. • Manage internal audits • Collaborate with production and operations departments to optimize resource utilization.
