Job Summary: We are seeking a Planner to ensure raw material availability, manage the supply chain, and maintain production continuity in an automotive environment. Key Highlights: 1. Promotes continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. **PLANNER** **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree and/or nearing completion. **Responsibilities:** * Issue purchase authorizations to suppliers. * Monitor supplier shipments. * Prevent production line interruptions. * Ensure raw material availability at the plant to meet the production schedule. * Ensure raw material availability at the plant to meet the production schedule. * Expedite raw material delivery when necessary. * File claims for material damaged or lost during transit. * Issue a delivery notice if the supplier fails to meet requirements and causes production line interruption. * Ensure materials are correctly received in the system. * Support the production plan (daily and weekly). * Monitor the production plan (BTS). * Escalate any issues to Customer Service, Production, and the Materials Manager to meet BTS targets. * Manage customer demand. * Achieve inventory objectives. * Perform duties within the framework of the Internal Work Regulations, Code of Conduct, Safety, Hygiene and Environmental Regulations, and other applicable policies and procedures. * Actively participate in continuous improvement activities as per established plans. * Fulfill all responsibilities and authority assigned per the Roles, Responsibilities and Authority Matrix FTM\-EHS\-12 of ISO 14001/45001. * Comply with policies and procedures related to standards adopted by the plant or division, such as IATF 16949. **Experience:** * Fluent English. * Experience in automotive companies. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management. * Knowledge of customs procedures. * Knowledge of material flow. * Knowledge of inventory control. **Skills:** * Proactive. * Positive attitude. * Ability to work in a team. * Excellent communication skills. * Negotiation skills. * Problem-solving ability. * Strong organizational and follow-up skills for all departmental responsibilities. **We Offer:** * Major Medical Expense Insurance (spouse and children). * Life insurance. * Grocery vouchers (10%). * Savings fund (10%). * Annual bonus (10%, based on plant performance). * Vacation premium (70%). * Christmas bonus of 25 days, increasing with seniority. * Statutory vacation days. * Subsidized cafeteria. **Schedule:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
