Description

Job Summary: Responsible for order management, shipment planning, tracking of imports/exports, customs collaboration, and logistics operations in SAP. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end order management and shipment planning. 2. Coordination of imports and exports. 3. Customs collaboration and SAP operations. 1\.\- Responsible for receiving, confirming, and managing customer orders, forecasts, and EDI data, with precise control over customer shipping and delivery requirements. 2\.\- Based on orders and resource availability, comprehensively plan daily shipments and reasonably coordinate transportation vehicles to ensure efficient dispatch execution. 3\.\- Track the entire import/export process of goods, prepare, review, and maintain relevant documents and forms, and manage the Pedimento payment process to ensure a smooth and error-free logistics flow. 4\.\- Actively collaborate with the customs department by timely and accurately providing required documentation and data for customs clearance, supporting import and export dispatch procedures. 5\.\- Execute operations such as shipment accounting in SAP, ensuring consistency between system inventory and physical inventory, and recording and managing logistics-related accounting matters.
