Join an innovation-driven culture such as: Physician Bachelor's degree in Medicine (PROFESSIONAL TITLE AND LICENSE REQUIRED) Experience: 3 to 5 years in the same position Main Responsibilities: * Provide continuous, warm, and high-quality medical care to any employee and/or personnel present at the Corporate Office upon request. Such services include: pre-employment examinations, periodic examinations, general consultations (first contact), epidemiological surveillance, clinical follow-up, medication administration, medical counseling, promotion of preventive medicine, wound care, coordination of health programs, and reduction of occupational risk insurance premiums. * Maintain and safeguard clinic equipment and supplies, and prescribe medications responsibly in compliance with health regulations. * Practice active listening to help employees improve disease prognosis, enhance therapeutic effectiveness and efficiency, and achieve better final clinical outcomes. * Conduct pre-employment examinations for all candidates applying for various positions at the Corporate Office and Construction Sites (as required by the respective department). * Document continuous medical care, including patient history, physical examination, diagnosis, and recommended treatment; issue medical prescriptions when indicated. * Develop and implement the Annual Health Plan for the Corporate Office; prepare an annual activity and achievement report at year-end. * Promote and monitor preventive health and occupational health campaigns in collaboration with public institutions. * Record and monitor all medical\-occupational procedures aimed at preventing diseases and workplace accidents. * Comprehensive Health Care: Detection of overweight, obesity, diabetes mellitus, and arterial hypertension * Provide first aid and urgent care to workers injured or experiencing medical emergencies at the workplace; organize and supervise their referral to specialized medical centers when necessary. * Coordinate emergency response teams * Coordinate and train the First Aid Team * Support diverse activities for internal events * Assist the Human Resources Department with administrative tasks Required Knowledge: * Occupational medicine * Industrial hygiene * Ergonomics * First aid * Emergency care, minor surgery, etc. * Courses related to Quality, Safety, and Environment management systems.
